McMullin, H.C. is an experienced entrepreneur who annually provides over 60 lectures and demonstrations on popular topics including leadership, business intuition, selling, interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and team building. John facilitates executive coaching sessions, organizational assessments,  in-service training and interpersonal skills workshops. John combines his leadership skills from past business experience with self empowerment concepts that provide an integrated structure for organizational development. OD Consultant Services are overseen by Wayne W. Lindstrom, Ph.D. who has 35 years of professional experience in managing large and complex systems in both the private and public sectors.
