Inner Achievement Methods (IAM) is a collaborative organization dedicated to empowering individuals, groups, and organizations. We offer holistic organizational assessment that allows each person within the organization to communicate, via a comprehensive survey instrument, their perspectives on organizational performance overall and their individual contributions to that performance.

 

All workplaces are structured to linking information exchange, and the delivery of services, and/or products. The combined thoughts, emotions, and behavior of all employees determine the functioning of the organization. Conscious and subconscious agendas can enhance or detract from the organization’s mission and goals. Individual contributions collectively executed determine how successful an organization will be.

 

IAM strategic interventions minimize discourse in beliefs that compromise organizational functioning. Our methodology provides leaders a perspective of their organization delineating how performance is either reinforced or blocked. 

 

 We conduct assessments of employees at all levels of the organization and profile the organization in terms of belief systems that either foster growth and success or impede it. We teach members of the organization how to be creative and productive through conscious choice and how to minimize the conflict with self and/or others. We demonstrate the consequences of self-limiting belief systems and provide strategies for change.
