The Best of Logical & Intuitive Leadership allows participants to self discover their personal core beliefs that separate them from great leadership skills. They learn the process of accessing the logical sequential power of their mind with clarity and focus and how to access intuition for decision making.
This program provides the skill sets needed to facilitate an organizational climate which empowers workers on all levels to participate openly, honestly, productively.
True leaders are invested in teaching others to discover a sense of reverence for themselves so they perform with confidence and are not blocked by ego fears. Leaders recognize that anger in the workplace is a symptom of fear and blocks the full spectrum of creativity and growth.

The Best of Logical & Intuitive Selling The power of selling is understanding that selling others can only emerge from the ability of selling self. Selling is the ability to experience reverence for ourselves. It is the ability to think and feel with courage and honesty from within that allows the expression to be projected outward. Great sales people understand that selling requires believing in ourselves, our products and services, our company, and the ability to deliver a promise.
This program teaches participants to trust their intuitive insights and the logical processes of their minds. Perhaps the greatest insight for participants comes from the self discovery of beliefs that sabotage their performance.
Beyond learning sales techniques, this program allows all participants to discover the process of changing fearful beliefs into powerful beliefs that create the necessary motivation to follow through with action, creating successful sales performance.
Program Overview
The purpose of this program is to provide participants with the logical and intuitive skills used by all great sales persons.
Participants begin by completing a questionnaire that explores perceptions of selling and uncovers individual beliefs that enhance performance and those which sabotage performance. Throughout the workshop participants learn how to change the beliefs that sabotage and amplify those which enhance.
Through lecture, demonstration and experiential activities the following topics are covered:
Participants anchor their learning at the end of the program by completing a questionnaire which serves as a personal guide for enhancing performance.
